Here is a new Meyer mount part # 17093 to fit the Meyer EZ classic mount to a 1991-2001 3500 HD 2WD (Must be HD) Chevy and GMC. You get clevis 11335 Left side arm 11731, Right side arm 11732, right side member 11382, left side member 11381, Left and Right handle nuts 11756 and 11757 and hardware kit 08609.This does not come with the tubular lift frame you will need to get that if you don't have it the lift frame only fits the full size trucks lift frame part # 11255.

The Ears on the blade should be 23.5" center to center

The Tube for the lift frame is 23.5" center to center
