Here is a Meyer Diamond 12 prong switch, This was made by truck lite for Meyer, The Meyer light kit is # 07033, truck light goes by 80900, The switch # is 07038 from Meyer and #97224 from Truck lite. Do not mix these up this was a special kit used for the DRL lights it is the only one that used a 6 prong truck lite plug and 12 prong switch. It is commonly mixed up with the 5 prong light plug and 6 prong headlight switch. If you need the 5 prong harness it is here. This switch plugs into the Meyer harness 07036 and Truck lite 80930.
