This is a New Genuine Western Angling cylinder this is the one used on the Western Unimount plows. Most of the conventional plows used a 1" cylinder pin this listing is for a 3/4" cylinder pin. The cylinder is 1.5"x10". The 10" is the movement of the cylinder in the closed position it measures 17" from center to center on the hole. This was the Standard Western Unimount Cylinder they had SUV plows that used 6" and 8" Cylinders and the big truck plows used a 16" cylinder I have them listed too.
